The Route begins at the Vegueta Market, where we will discover the different raw materials on which the Canarian gastronomy has been based, we will choose cheeses, fruits, species to make mojo, the Sweet Potato, the different fish. to the Vegueta neighborhood and we will get to know La Casa de Colón (entrance included) and the history of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with its Cathedral, the origin of the city, the history of battles with the Guanches, pirate attacks and many more stories.

Later, we go to the Port Market, during the walk we will talk about the importance of the Port in the City, about the products that came from other continents and that are part of our essence, we will talk about the Modernist Architecture of the Port Market and how This has become a gastronomic reference in the Canary Islands thanks to its small international tapas businesses.
